Pallet sizes and types we build
Most orders are for standard sizes, but we build to any specification. Common options include:

How a custom pallet order works
- Send your specs. Tell us the pallet size, load weight, how it will be handled (forklift, pallet jack or automated system), whether you need heat treatment and how many you need.
- Get a recommendation and quote. We suggest the right design and board thickness for your load and confirm pricing and lead time, usually within one business day.
- We build your pallets. Pallets are built to your approved specification so every load is consistent.
- Delivery across the Lower Mainland. We deliver across Surrey, Langley, Vancouver, Burnaby, Abbotsford and the rest of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. In-stock pallets can usually be delivered the next business day through our bulk pallet delivery service.
Capacity and minimum orders
New pallets have a minimum order of 30 to 50 pallets, depending on current demand, and custom skids and crates have a minimum order of 50 units. Beyond that, there is no cap on new pallet production, so we can handle one-time projects as well as recurring weekly or monthly orders. For large or recurring orders, ask about a regular delivery schedule so you always have pallets on hand without filling your yard.
Heat-treated pallets for export
Many countries require wood packaging to meet ISPM-15, the international standard for wood packaging. Pallets must be debarked, heat-treated and stamped with the HT mark by a facility registered under the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) program. We supply new pallets that are heat-treated and stamped through a CFIA-registered facility, so they are ready for international shipment. Always confirm your destination’s requirements with your customer or customs broker before you ship.
New or recycled pallets?
New pallets are the best choice when you need a custom size, a consistent product for automated equipment or a clean look for retail. For standard 48 x 40 shipments, graded recycled pallets can cost less and perform well. We supply both, so we can recommend the most cost-effective option for each part of your operation.
