Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver pallets to farms in Abbotsford?
Yes. We deliver to farms, packing houses and processors across Abbotsford, the next business day for in-stock pallets.
Can you set up recurring pallet deliveries for harvest season?
Yes. Select “Recurring” on the quote form and tell us your usual quantity and frequency. With capacity of around 36,000 recycled pallets a month plus unlimited new pallets, we can scale up for busy season.
Do you also serve Mission and Chilliwack?
Yes. Mission and Chilliwack are part of our regular Fraser Valley delivery area.
What size is a standard pallet in Canada?
The most common pallet in Canada is 48 x 40 inches — the size used by grocery, retail and most distribution centres. Square 48 x 48 pallets are common for drums, totes and bulk bags. We also build custom sizes to your drawing.
What is the difference between a 2-way and a 4-way pallet?
A 2-way pallet can be lifted by a forklift from two opposite ends only. A 4-way pallet can be lifted from all four sides — through notches cut in the stringers or because it is a block pallet — which makes loading trucks and racking faster.
What is the difference between #1 (Grade A) and #2 (Grade B) pallets?
Grade A recycled pallets are in excellent condition with few or no repairs. Grade B pallets are fully functional but may have repaired boards or cosmetic wear, so they cost less.
Is pallet pickup free?
Pickup is free for loads of 200 or more standard-size 4-way pallets. Smaller loads and mixed sizes have a pickup charge — we will quote it upfront.
Do you buy used pallets?
Yes. We buy used pallets from businesses across the Lower Mainland. Tell us how many you have, the sizes and their condition through our quote form and we will get back to you.
Do you make wooden crates and skids?
Yes. We build custom wooden crates and skids with a minimum order of 50. Send your dimensions or a drawing with our quote form.
What does the HT or ISPM-15 stamp on a pallet mean?
HT means heat-treated: the wood has been heated to at least 56 °C at its core for 30 continuous minutes. Under the international ISPM-15 standard, wood packaging shipped to more than 80 countries must be debarked, heat-treated and stamped by a facility registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
How do I get pallet pricing?
Pricing depends on pallet type, grade, quantity and delivery location. Request a quote and we usually reply within one business day, or call +1 778-776-1957.
